Step two
Secure Your Wedding & Guest Accommodations
Once you've chosen your dream resort, we confirm your wedding date and lock in group room blocks. We’ll also negotiate perks like upgrades, resort credits, and complimentary events ensuring you get the full benefit of booking with a pro. We manage the contracts, fine print, and deadlines so nothing is missed.
This step is where everything starts to feel real. I’ll handle the behind-the-scenes coordination so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Step three
Meet Your Planning Team & Tools
You’ll be introduced to your onsite wedding coordinator, who will work closely with you on the ceremony, reception, and special events. Meanwhile, I stay by your side to offer insight, answer questions, and ensure the planning stays on track. We’ll also help you set up a custom wedding website, honeymoon registry, and digital guest communications.

We Handle the Guest Logistics
We’re your guests’ go-to for room bookings, payments, travel questions, and more so they feel cared for and you’re not overwhelmed. When they have questions, they come to us, not you.

As the celebration approaches, we support you through timeline reviews, décor questions, guest updates, and final logistics. Whether it's event guidance or guest packing checklists, we help you wrap up the details so you can focus on the magic ahead.
While we are not your wedding planners, that’s the role of your resort’s dedicated onsite wedding team, we remain closely involved to ensure that nothing gets lost in translation between you and the venue.
