Do you plan the wedding?
Not exactly! We partner closely with the onsite wedding coordinator at the resort you choose. While they’ll help design your ceremony and reception, my role is to manage all travel, guest bookings, and behind-the-scenes logistics so everything runs seamlessly from "Yes" to "I do."

Are your services free?
Yes! When you book your destination wedding travel through Sunset & Silk and Cruise Planners, my planning services are complimentary. I’m compensated by the resort, so you get expert support at no extra cost to you.
Can my guests book their rooms elsewhere?
To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, all guests must book within your group room block. This guarantees access to wedding events, simplifies communication, and allows me to support your guests directly with travel questions and updates.
Do you help guests with travel arrangements?
Absolutely. I’m your guests’ go-to for flights, room bookings, travel insurance, and any questions that pop up. They’ll feel taken care of, and you won’t have to play travel agent.
How far in advance should we start planning?
Ideally, 8–12 months minimum before your wedding date. This gives us plenty of time to secure your dream venue, lock in perks, and ensure a relaxed planning process.
What destinations do you specialize in?
We work with over 200+ resorts worldwide, but our most popular destinations include Mexico, Jamaica, Hawaii, Greece, Bali, Ireland, and Scotland. Whether you want a beach, castle, or cliffside setting, we’ll find your perfect match.
Do you offer help with legal wedding requirements in other countries?
Yes, I’ll guide you through what’s required in your destination of choice and help you decide whether to have a symbolic or legal ceremony abroad.
How many guests can I invite?
That’s up to you! We’ve helped couples plan everything from intimate elopements to multi-day weddings with over 150 guests. We’ll find a venue that fits your celebration beautifully.
How do you handle the logistics for all of my guests?
We’re here to make it easy. From flexible booking options and personalized RSVP links to travel reminders and payment plans, we take care of it all. Your guests will come to us with questions, not you and we’ll keep everyone updated with key dates, packing tips, and arrival details.
